Wear loose comfortable clothes or bring shorts and a tank. If you forget you will be draped.

Full Stomach, No Alcohol

Do not come on an empty stomach.

Gua Sha and Cupping:

Eliminates toxic residues that might have built up in the muscle and fascia.


The burning of an herb above the skin to produce warmth in the muscles or channels to induce a smooth flow of qi and blood.

Tuina and Myofascial Release:

Gentle massage designed to stimulate circulation, release excesses, or tonify deficiencies.

Patients are encouraged to ask questions. Becoming involved in the healing process is the goal.
If you have not had acupuncture before, the process will be explained as we gently begin our work together.
